GSD Company acquires Toronto-based ERP consultancy Audaxium

Saleforce-focused consultancy GSD Company has acquired Toronto’s Audaxium, an Oracle NetSuite implementation and customization specialist consulting firm.

Founded in 2009, Audaxium helps clients implement and improve customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) with Oracle NetSuite. A market leader in the cloud ERP business software solutions area, NetSuite provides integrated solutions across accounting, commerce, human capital, management, and professional services automation to clients in every industry and businesses of all sizes.

Audaxium helps clients implement the NetSuite platform, leveraging deep experience to improve how clients use the software, while also providing custom NetSuite application to give business exactly what they want out of their automated ERP and CRM solutions.

The boutique NetSuite consultancy has now been acquired by GSD Company. Founded in 2014, the technology consulting firm helps small and medium-sized businesses plan, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions, including CRM, marketing automation, customer service, and quote-to-cash. The consultancy has worked with organizations including Buzzfeed, Casper, Foursquare, and the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. GSD Company is headquartered in New York City, but also has offices in Atlanta, Toronto, and Vancouver.

The move diversifies GSD from its Salesforce focus into the NetSuite consulting arena. “Augmenting the world's most innovative sales, service, marketing, and engagement technology alongside the most effective and optimized cloud-based ERP, will unlock immense value and streamlined operations for our clients," Gregory DelGenio, partner and CRO at GSD Company, said.
