Microsoft partner Boyer & Associates expands into Canada

Boyer & Associates, a Minneapolis-based IT consulting firm specializing in Microsoft solutions, has expanded into Canada with a Toronto office.
The newly launched Boyer Technologies Canada will operate as a subsidiary of the US parent company. Boyer plans to hire a Canadian team of leaders and consultants to support clients in the small- and medium-sized business (SMB) community.
Boyer has hired Richard Dennis as president to lead the new Canadian division. Based in Toronto, Dennis has more than 20 years of experience in the Microsoft partner space, with expertise in business transformation and strategic planning. He has built several consulting practices and supported over 250 companies with transformation projects.
Dennis was previously head of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 practices at Thinkmax, Adastra, and PowerObjects. Earlier in his career, Dennis was a senior manager at PwC.
"Expanding into Canada is a significant milestone for Boyer," said CEO Lee Witkop. "We are thrilled to have Richard Dennis lead this new endeavor. His leadership and experience will ensure that our Canadian clients receive the same high-quality support and innovation that Boyer is known for."
Boyer was founded in 1994 and focuses on selling, implementing, and supporting Microsoft business applications for enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM).
The firm has 88 employees listed on LinkedIn and works with more than 550 clients in non-profit, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, and SMB.
“Businesses are looking to do more with less, and the SMB market is eager to find cost-effective solutions,” Dennis said. “With a strong Microsoft relationship and deep, proven skills in AI, CRM, and ERP, Boyer Technologies Canada, Inc is uniquely positioned to help Canadian businesses grow.”
