MNP, a national accounting and consulting firm, has acquired Betach Solutions, a Calgary-based Microsoft enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) integration consultancy.

Founded in 2003, Betach specializes in custom implementations for Dynamics 365 in the areas of sales, marketing, business central, field service, and customer service. The firm is a Microsoft gold certified partner.

MNP’s acquisition of Betach will strengthen its digital practice, which provides services in advisory, applied data, application development, platforms, cybersecurity, cloud, and managed IT.

As part of the transaction, which closed on October 2, Betach cofounders Lawrence Gordey and Soon Chong will join MNP alongside their team of approximately 35 people.MNP acquires Microsoft partner Betach Solutions“Recent changes in how businesses need to operate have accelerated the trend of organizations digitizing their businesses to better engage with their customers,” said Sean Devin, national leader of MNP Digital. “We are constantly striving to stay ahead of the curve in how we can best support our clients.
