KTI and Prager Metis launch digital solutions company PM IT Services

Kearns Technology Inc. (KTI), a Toronto-based IT services firm, has partnered with Prager Metis, a mid-market US accounting firm, to launch PM IT Services (PM ITS), a Miami-based digital solutions company.

PM ITS combines KTI’s enterprise technology consulting expertise with Prager Metis’ footprint in 22 major US markets.

Now, we have the best answer: PM ITS," said Steven Topal, chief collaboration officer at Prager Metis. “It opens the door for KTI's deep technical expertise to meet the needs of forward-thinking US businesses, while introducing new audiences to the high standards that define both Prager Metis and KTI.”

PM ITS will offer services in IT strategy and development, Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations, hybrid cloud deployments, cybersecurity and compliance, and managed IT infrastructure.

KTI was founded in 2010 and has 15 employees listed on LinkedIn. The firm has practices in IT consulting, AI consulting, development, cloud optimization, IT infrastructure, and endpoint security.
