BDO hires Christiane Eid as tax partner

BDO Canada, a mid-market accounting and consulting firm, has hired Christiane Eid as a partner in its US corporate tax group in Montreal.
Eid brings nearly 20 years of experience in US tax planning, compliance, and cross-border structuring. Before that, Eid was a US corporate tax senior at EY Canada.
She has a master’s degree in accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and a bachelor’s degree in international business from Concordia University.
"I'm excited to welcome Christiane to BDO as a partner in our US Corporate Tax group. She is a strategic thinker with a creative mindset and her deep expertise in the private equity and investment space will be a great benefit to our clients,” said Dan Lundenberg, BDO partner and US corporate tax leader.
