Levio celebrates 10 years in business

Levio, a Quebec City-headquartered IT consulting firm, this week celebrated its 10th year in business.

Founded in 2014, the firm’s name – Levio – derives from the Latin for “to make lighter.” The firm says it helps companies cut through bureaucracy and rigid structures that can hinder organizational growth.

Levio has grown quickly in the last decade to reach nearly 2,000 employees across 12 offices in Canada, the US, France, Morocco, and India. That growth has been underpinned by organic growth as well as a steady stream of acquisitions, with 11 completed since its founding – including Soljit, Indellient, Voonyx, Landry & Associates, Logimethods, and ERP Connex.

"Since our founding, we've attracted top consultants by fostering an intrapreneurial culture and personal growth through our career development platform,” said François Dion, founder and president of Levio. “To facilitate collaboration, our operating model promotes autonomy and accountability within a flat organizational structure.”

A recent investment from institutional investor CDPQ will help Levio further expand its geographical scope and service offerings.
