Aptum partners with Avant Communications

Aptum, a Toronto-based cloud managed services and consulting company, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Avant Communications, a US-based IT decision-making platform and technology distributor.

The partnership will make Aptum’s cloud solutions available to Avant’s clients. Avant provides an ecosystem of vetted technologies and services for “trusted advisors” and their customers to choose from.

Avant will now offer Aptum’s advisory & consulting services; private and public cloud managed services, and application modernization & DevOps.

Avant is headquartered in Chicago and has 250 employees, according to LinkedIn. The firm’s IT decision-making platform has a comprehensive selection of providers for UCaaS, CCaaS, cloud, colocation, connectivity, security, and more.

Aptum delivers managed services in private cloud, public cloud, infrastructure-as-a-service, cloud security, and network management. The firm also offers consulting services to help clients plan, design, implement, and optimize complex IT projects and cloud migrations.

Aptum has more than 270 employees, according to LinkedIn.

The firm announced a slate of senior appointments in November.
