Alithya names Pierre Blanchette chief financial officer
Alithya, a management and technology consulting firm, has appointed Pierre Blanchette as chief financial officer, effective July 28, 2025.
Based in the firm’s Montreal headquarters, Blanchette has nearly 30 years of experience in finance – with deep expertise across financial reporting, planning and analysis, M&A, controllerships, and financial operations.
He most recently spent four years as CFO of Colabor, a Canadian food distribution company. Before that, he spent 14 years with independent asset management firm Fiera Capital, where he served as SVP for global treasury and taxation and CFO for the US division.
Earlier in his career, Blanchette was VP of finance at Air Canada Vacations.
He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Université du Québec à Montréal and is a chartered professional accountant.
