Jocelyn Plamondon joins BDO as partner in CFO services
Jocelyn Plamondon has joined BDO as a partner in its business services and outsourcing (BSO) chief financial officer (CFO) services practice in Montreal.
Plamondon will lead a new performance management offering which will extend the practice’s capabilities in providing value-driven KPI frameworks, finance operating model transformation, and technology solutions for decision-making.
He brings two decades of experience in finance function optimization, with deep expertise in optimizing cash flow, operational margins, and decision-making capabilities.
Plamondon joins BDO from PwC, where he spent the last 15 years and was a director in the finance transformation practice.
He has an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Université du Québec à Montréal and is a chartered professional accountant.

BDO recently welcomed Sandra Pereira as a principal in its transaction tax practice in Toronto.
