MNP acquires two Vancouver-based HR consulting firms

MNP, a national mid-market accounting and consulting firm, has acquired two Vancouver-based human resources consulting firms: Clear Choice HR Consulting and The Jouta Performance Group.

Founded in 2020, Clear Choice provides executive search and professional recruitment services to clients across the country. The boutique firm has five employees, according to its website.

Jouta was founded in 2006 and has approximately 10 employees. The firm focuses on providing outsourced HR strategy and services as well as corporate and personal coaching.

Approximately 15 total team members will join MNP’s HR consulting practice as part of the acquisitions. AJ Beaudry, founder and managing partner of Clear Choice, and Cori Maedel, founder and CEO of Jouta, will join MNP as partners.

MNP’s HR consulting offerings include HR management, leadership and talent development, culture transformation, DEI, and executive recruitment.

The firm recently acquired Lafond CPA Inc., an Amqui, QC-based boutique accountancy.
