BDO Canada acquires Montreal-based FL Fuller Landau
BDO Canada has acquired FL Fuller Landau, a Montreal-based accounting and consulting firm.
Founded in 1963, FL Fuller Landau focuses on family businesses and family offices. The firm provides services in accounting, assurance, tax, corporate finance, human resources consulting, and restructuring and turnaround.
The deal will expand BDO’s Quebec presence, where it has Montreal and Quebec City locations. The mid-market accountancy has more than 4,300 people across 100+ offices nationwide.

BDO Canada acquired data consultancies SimplicityBI and Lixar in 2021 and 2020, respectively. The firm also in 2020 bought mergers and acquisitions specialist Geneva Canada.

The transaction, for which financial terms were not disclosed, completed on January 1, 2023.
