Deloitte Canada buys Salesforce consultancy Nubik
Deloitte Canada has acquired Nubik, a Montreal-based Salesforce consulting firm.
Founded in 2003, Nubik provides consulting and implementation services for the Salesforce ecosystem, including FinancialForce and Rootstock ERP. The firm’s more than 100 employees help mid-market clients in high-tech, manufacturing and distribution, and professional services tackle challenges in customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning, sales engagement, supply chain, and project management.
Nubik is a Salesforce Partner and has locations in Montreal and Newark, Delaware.
The Nubik team will join Deloitte’s consulting practice, bolstering the Big Four firm’s Salesforce offering and its mid-market client roster.
"The arrival of Nubik is sure to have an immediate impact on our clients, especially those seeking new tools and solutions to today's most pressing and complex business challenges from digital transformation to skills shortages," said Anthony Viel, CEO of Deloitte Canada. "Nubik's strong multi-cloud relationships, especially with Salesforce, and roster of seasoned senior professionals are going to greatly improve our ability to manage both the volume and scope of work the mid-market in Canada is demanding."
Camil Bourbeau, chief commercial officer at Nubik, and Alexandre Boyer, chief operations officer, will join Deloitte as partners. Joining as directors are VP of sales Dany Jacques and chief technology officer Elie Rodrigue. Katie Bussières, president of Nubik, will also join Deloitte.
“At Nubik, we're constantly striving to provide first-class solutions for those organizations seeking the tools to compete with outperforming business processes, across a variety of industries," Bussières said. "By joining Deloitte, we're excited for the next phase of our 20-year long journey, and look forward to bringing our experience, relationships, and expertise to a new pool of organizations."
The Nubik deal builds on Deloitte Canada’s recent tech-focused acquisitions of Striven, a Vancouver-based technology testing and quality engineering firm, and AE Cloud Consulting, a Montreal-based NetSuite consulting firm.
