Fearless Culture adds Julie Mandal as culture designer
Fearless Culture, a consulting firm focusing on culture change, has welcomed four new consultants globally, including Mississauga-based Julie Mandal.
Founded in 2017, Fearless Culture helps organizations map, assess, and improve workplace culture to achieve better collaboration, innovation, and agility. The firm’s services include culture design workshops, training programs (including masterclasses and culture design certifications), and consulting.
Fearless Culture says its “Culture Design Canvas” framework has been adopted by thousands of organizations. The firm’s clients include Continental, BentoBox, and Chicago Public Library.
The Chicago-based boutique firm last week announced the addition of four new executives – all holding the title of “culture designer” – to expand its global presence. Anish Hindocha joins in the UK, Marcos Benedit joins in Argentina, Rebeca Blanco Carrillo joins in Mexico, and Julie Mandal joins in Canada.
The new additions will grow the firm to seven professionals. The four hires will be responsible for leading development and management of local clients in their respective regions.
"The rising demand for our culture design services and methodologies has encouraged us to strengthen our presence. I'm excited to announce that the new partnerships will help us better serve local organizations in more countries," said Gustavo Razzetti, CEO of Fearless Culture, who founded the company after spending more than 20 years in the advertising and marketing industry. He was previously an EVP and managing director at Leo Burnett and chief strategy & engagement officer at Gallegos United.
The four new additions at Fearless Culture will bring a local understanding of the regions they serve, as well as industry and functional expertise in areas such as finance, HR, non-profits, and innovation. They are also certified in Fearless Culture’s tools and methodologies.
Julie Mandal brings a management background in information science and libraries. She previously spent eight years as a branch manager at Brampton Library. Mandal has also concurrently worked as an independent consultant for more than a decade, focusing on engagements in organizational and team culture, executive development, and strategic planning.
She holds a master’s degree in library & information science from Rutgers University. Mandal is also an Adler Trained Coach and a Six Sigma Green Belt for Service Organizations.
