WSP appoints two senior leaders in Canada

WSP, a Montreal-headquartered engineering consulting firm, has appointed Corina Moore as chief growth officer for Canada and David Sauvé as EVP for transportation and infrastructure, Canada.

In the newly created role, Corina Moore will be tasked with bringing together sector, regional, and client-focused growth efforts and uniting them into a connected ecosystem.

“This position will be essential in shaping and advancing WSP Canada’s growth agenda,” says Marie-Claude Dumas, president, WSP Canada. “As the CGO, Corina’s expertise will be vital in helping us define and drive a cohesive, integrated growth strategy across the organization, bringing together our sector, regional, and client-focused efforts into one connected ecosystem.”

Moore is an executive with nearly 30 years of experience in strategic planning and execution, operational efficiency, and change management. She joined WSP in 2024 as EVP for transportation and infrastructure, Canada – leading a team of approximately 4,000 people and a national portfolio of projects.

Before that, she spent 18 years at Ontario Northland, where she served as president and CEO of the Crown agency between 2013 and 2023. She also previously served as COO of the agency, which provides rail and motorcoach transportation services in Northern Ontario.

Moore has a bachelor’s degree in system design engineering from the University of Waterloo.

David Sauvé succeeds Moore in her prior role as EVP for transportation and infrastructure, Canada. He joins WSP from Stantec, where he spent the last 21 years and most recently served as transportation business leader for North America.

Before that, Sauvé was major projects leader for Canada infrastructure and regional leader for the GTA and Ottawa.

He has an MBA from York University and a master’s degree in urban and regional planning and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Queen’s University.
