PMP Strategy adds Stéphane Bouzelmat as an associate partner in Montreal
PMP Strategy, a Paris-headquartered management consulting firm, has hired Stéphane Bouzelmat as an associate partner in its Montreal office.
Bouzelmat brings more than two decades of experience in management consulting, engineering services, and manufacturing. He has deep expertise in strategy, operations, financial performance, and transformation.
In his new role at PMP, Bouzelmat will work with clients across the financial services, industrial, and private equity sectors.
“I am thrilled to be joining the PMP Strategy team in Canada,” Bouzelmat said. “What truly resonated with me from the start is PMP’s entrepreneurial DNA: a bold, hands-on approach to strategy that mirrors my own values and way of working.”
Bouzelmat joins from Aviseo Conseil, where he was an associate partner. Before that, he was a senior consultant at Roland Berger and Monitor Deloitte.
Earlier in his career, Bouzelmat was a deputy proposal engineering manager at Saipem, an engineering and construction services firm, and a batch plant and furnace manager at Saint-Gobain Glass.
He holds an MBA from Duke University and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from INSA Lyon in France.
“We are very pleased to welcome Stéphane Bouzelmat to PMP Strategy as Associate Director. His rare blend of operational industry experience and consulting excellence is a tremendous asset — both for our clients and for the continued development of our Financial Services & Institutions, Industry, and Private Equity practices across Canada and North America,” said Eric Panet-Raymond, partner, PMP Strategy Canada.
PMP Strategy was founded in 2003 and has more than 150 consultants across 11 offices in EMEA and North America. The firm has North American offices in Montreal, Toronto, New York, and Seattle.
PMP Strategy works with clients in TMT, transportation, energy, and financial services. The firm has practices in strategy and transformation, CFO advisory, private equity, digital, ESG, and data and customer experience.
PMP earlier this year promoted Nicolas Pillon to partner.
