PMP Strategy promotes Nicolas Pillon to partner

PMP Strategy, a Paris-headquartered management consulting firm, has appointed Nicolas Pillon as a partner.
Pillon, who is based in Montreal and New York, will support the expansion of PMP’s telecom practice in North America.
Pillon has a decade of strategy consulting experience, having joined PMP’s Paris office in 2015 as a junior consultant. He moved to Montreal in 2021 to help expand PMP’s presence in North America, and was named an associate partner in 2023.
Last year, he helped US leader Denis Lafarge open PMP’s North American headquarters in New York.
Pillon has a master’s degree in corporate finance and banking from EDHEC Business School and a bachelor’s degree in physics from Sorbonne University in Paris.
“Nicolas is a PMP Strategy success story, having risen from a junior consultant role up the ranks to co-lead of one of our most strategic practices,” Lafarge said. “He brings his TMT expertise, strong client relationship skills, and entrepreneurial approach to our North American business and will be a driving force to ensure we meet our ambitious target to become the partner of reference for the c-suite in the TMT industry across the continent.”
PMP Strategy was founded in 2003 and has more than 150 consultants across 11 offices in EMEA and North America. The firm has North American offices in Montreal, Toronto, New York, and Seattle.
PMP Strategy works with clients in telecom, media, and technology (TMT), transportation, energy, and financial services. The firm has practices in strategy and transformation, CFO advisory, private equity, digital, ESG, and data and customer experience.
“I am thrilled to continue my journey at PMP Strategy and work with our dynamic and talented team to further expand our presence in the US and Canada,” Pillon said.
