Level5 Strategy recognized on Vault Consulting 50
Level5 Strategy for the second consecutive year was recognized on the Vault Consulting 50 list of best consulting firms to work for in North America.
The Toronto-based strategy firm was ranked at number 28 overall, making it the top Canadian consultancy on the Vault 50. Level5 was ranked fourth among the Best Boutique Consulting Firms in North America, second for firm culture, seventh for “interactions with clients,” and tenth for Best Consulting Firms for Women.
The annual Vault rankings are based on feedback from employees and industry professionals on criteria such as prestige, compensation, work-life balance, company culture, and overall satisfaction.
Bain & Company was the top ranked consultancy in 2026, jumping up one spot from second place in 2025, while last year’s top firm BCG fell to second place.
Founded in 2002, Level5’s team of 30+ consultants work with mid-size and large companies on growth strategy. The firm has supported clients such as BMO, Canadian Tire, Rogers, and the NHL.
“We are honoured to be recognized once again on Vault’s Consulting 50 list,” said Michael Carter, president of Level5 Strategy. “For more than two decades, our focus has been simple: to help our clients solve their most important challenges and develop strategies that truly stick. This recognition reflects the dedication and quality of our team, and the trust our clients place in us every day.”
Level5 was also recently recognized as one of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures.
