Level5 Strategy named one of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures

Level5 Strategy, a Toronto-based consulting firm, was one of the 58 companies recognized in the 2025 edition of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures.

The annual awards, which are run by executive search firm Waterstone Human Capital, recognize organizations whose high-performance cultures foster sustainable competitive advantage.

Corporate culture is formed by the values, behaviours, and work environment of a company, and impacts everything from public image to employee turnover.

“These awards recognize the very best in high-performance corporate culture – those leaders and organizations that have built and nurtured performance-driven cultures and that are at the forefront of culture best practices,” said Marty Parker, president and CEO of Waterstone and chair of the Canada’s Most Admired program.

Organizations can be nominated or self-nominated, and are judged by a board composed of leaders from past winning organizations.
