MNP acquires HR consultancy Talent Flex Conseil

MNP, a national mid-market accounting and consulting firm, has acquired Talent Flex Conseil, a boutique human resources consulting firm located in Montreal.

Talent Flex was founded in 2013 and has a team of seven people. The firm provides services across organizational assessment and structure, transformation and change management, succession planning, human resources function, performance management, and strategic planning.

As part of the transaction, founder Josée-Christine Boilard will join MNP as a partner and the Talent Flex team will move to MNP’s downtown Montreal office.

“With the arrival of the Talent Flex Conseil inc. team, we will be even better placed to provide support to small and mid-sized organizations with the guidance they need to grow their businesses and navigate market challenges,” said Jonathan Banford, regional managing partner for Quebec advisory and consulting services.

MNP has more than 1,400 people in Quebec – including over 130 team members in its Quebec advisory and consulting business.

The firm’s consulting offerings include enterprise transformation, value creation, organizational renewal, delivery execution, and insights and analytics.

MNP on December 31 completed a major transaction with BDO, acquiring 21 regional offices in BC, Alberta, Ontario, and PEI.
