Boyden launches leadership consulting practice in Canada
Boyden, a US-headquartered executive search firm, last week announced the launch of its leadership consulting practice in Canada. The practice is led by managing partner Nicole Bendaly.
Based in Toronto, Bendaly has more than 20 years of experience in leadership and human capital advisory, with expertise in development and talent management, succession planning, people and culture strategy, team development, coaching, and change management, among other areas.
She joined Boyden in August 2023. She was previously an executive director at Waterstone Human Capital and a director at K&Co, a boutique leadership consultancy.
Bendaly has a bachelor’s degree in organizational behaviour from Dalhousie University.

The Tarrytown, NY-based firm has leadership consulting offerings across various markets in its 45-country footprint. Boyden’s global leadership practice is overseen by Joao Guedes Vaz, a Portugal-based managing partner, and offers services in onboarding and integration, assessment and profiling, development, coaching, and succession planning.
