Prolytics partners with Vena to launch legal-focused FP&A solution
Prolytics Consulting Group, a Toronto-based business and technology consultancy, has partnered with Vena Solutions to launch a financial planning and analysis (FP&A) solution tailored to legal firms.
Prolytics – the 2021 Vena Solutions partner of the year – developed Vena for Legal to help law firms streamline profitability analysis, gain cost and revenue transparency, and generate insights in financial performance. The solution includes pre-built planning templates and reports for timekeeper revenue, feed income planning, employee compensation, and expense allocations.
The cloud-based Vena FP&A platform integrates with Microsoft Excel and 365 and consolidates and incorporates data from ERP platforms such as TR ProLaw, Aderant, Clio, Oracle, and Elite 3E, as well as from HCM Workday and ADP.
The platform’s integration helps give the client’s finance department a single source of truth to better inform planning and scaling."Our Partner network has been a key driver of Vena's continued growth, and it's through the work of companies such as ProLytics that we will continue to expand our solutions portfolio and support customers eager to plan for their own financial growth and well-being," said Allison Munro, chief marketing & ecosystem officer at Vena.
Prolytics was founded in 2015 and specializes in corporate/enterprise performance management, data analytics, and business intelligence. The consulting firm’s technology partners include Microsoft, Thomson Reuters Elite, Vena, and Prophix.
Prolytics works with clients in legal and professional services, manufacturing, and nonprofit, among other industries.
“Together, Prolytics and Vena have developed a solution that empowers finance and operations teams with a complete 360-view into the firm's business through a consolidated database and dashboard that puts core metrics and KPIs at their fingertips," said William Liang, managing director at Prolytics Consulting Group.
Founded in 2011, Vena is a Toronto-headquartered provider of FP&A software. The firm has 700+ employees, according to LinkedIn, and supports 1,600 companies – including Deloitte, Coca-Cola, and White Castle.
