Nous Group promotes Patrick Williamson to director
Management consultancy Nous Group has promoted Patrick Williamson to director. He is based in Toronto.
Williamson’s appointment is part of a 95-person promotion round across the Sydney-headquartered consultancy’s Australia, London (UK), and Toronto offices. The firm’s other Toronto promotions were Oliver Gane (manager) and Alan D’Souza (consultant). D’Souza is part of Cubane Consulting, a provider of higher education benchmarking services that Nous acquired in 2021.
Commenting on the promotions, Tim Orton, CEO and managing principal, said, “Every one of these team members has shown the utmost dedication to helping our clients and their Nous and Cubane colleagues to realize a bigger idea of success. Congratulations to every one of them, and I look forward to seeing them continue to develop.
“We have also given a posthumous promotion to Robbie Saul-Georgel, a talented colleague in our Toronto office who died in April,” Orton added. “Robbie has been made a Manager, a position he undoubtedly deserved.”
Williamson has over eight years of consulting experience, with a focus on projects in strategy development, business model and process design, strategic initiative profiling and prioritization, values identification, and business performance monitoring.
He joined Nous in 2018, and most recently was a manager in the firm’s Melbourne office. Before Nous, he spent over three years as a strategy consultant at MSH Consulting, a boutique Wellington, New Zealand firm.
Williamson’s notable project work includes implementing new sales, planning, logistics, procurement, and reporting processes for a chemical firm; preparing modelling for new logistics capabilities at an industrial business; and developing the digital transformation strategy for a government agency – including financial analysis and the business case to demonstrate feasibility.
He has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Canterbury University, New Zealand.
