Serena Chan joins Capco Canada as partner
Digital transformation expert Serena Chan has joined Capco Canada as a partner in its Toronto office.
Chan brings more than 20 years of digital transformation consulting experience with a focus on financial services clients. She has delivered large digital transformation projects across cloud, APIs, microservices, micro frontends, event streaming, artificial intelligence, and blockchain for clients in insurance, payments, retail, and commercial banking.

Chan previously spent over 18 years at IBM Consulting, where she was latterly a partner leading transformation initiatives for Canadian and international financial institutions, including numerous projects for TD Bank.
Earlier in her career, Chan was a manager at BearingPoint and a consultant at PwC.
She has a master’s degree in information technology from Regis University and a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Toronto.
Capco is headquartered in London, UK and has more than 5,000 employees globally. The firm – which was bought by Wipro in 2021 – provides management and technology consulting to financial services and energy sector clients.
