Gallagher buys Toronto executive search firm Four Corners Group
Gallagher, a global insurance broking and HR consulting firm, has acquired Four Corners Group, a Toronto-based executive search firm.
Founded in 2007, Four Corners delivers services in executive search, middle management search, compensation program design, competency assessment, leadership coaching, and executive transition planning. The firm has approximately 20 employees, according to LinkedIn, and works with clients in a range of industries, including financial services, technology, healthcare, professional services, retail and consumer, manufacturing, education, and non-profit.
As part of the transaction, founder and CEO Kelly Farrell and her team will remain at their current office and join Gallagher’s benefit and HR consulting division, which is led by Melanie Jeannotte.
"Four Corners Group is a strong and reputable executive search practice that will further expand and strengthen our global talent and leadership advisory offerings," said J. Patrick Gallagher, Jr., chairman, president and CEO. "I am delighted to welcome Kelly and her associates to Gallagher."
Gallagher’s consulting division includes offerings in HR strategy, compensation consulting, wellbeing consulting, employee communications, DEI, benefits consulting, retirement plan consulting, leadership advisory, and executive search.
The Rolling Meadows, IL-based firm has more than 39,000 people serving clients in 130 countries. Gallagher had revenue of $3.5 billion in 2021.
The Four Corners deal follows Gallagher’s March acquisition of PCI Compensation Consulting, a Montreal-based total compensation and governance specialist with more than 25 professionals.
Gallagher also earlier this year named Jonathan Foster senior vice president and head of the benefits and HR consulting division in Toronto.
