PureFacts acquires Salesforce consultancy VennScience

Toronto-based wealthtech firm PureFacts has acquired VennScience, a New Hampshire-based Saleforce consulting firm.

PureFacts was founded in 2010 and delivers a full suite of wealth management software, consulting, and custom digital solutions for financial services. The company’s solutions help financial services clients increase productivity, reduce costs, and create a better customer journey.

The firm provides wealth management solutions to financial services firms in Canada, the US, UK, and the Caribbean. PureFacts has worked with leading companies such as BMO, TD Bank, Scotiabank, National Bank, and Manulife.

The VennScience acquisition will allow PureFacts to better support wealth firms with addressing their client needs through Salesforce, the leading customer relationship management solution. The move also allows PureFacts to gain a presence in key US markets.

PureFacts acquires Salesforce consultancy VennScience Founded in 2013, VennScience is a Salesforce Silver Consulting partner, helping clients across a range of industries implement cloud CRM software to improve efficiency and drive more meaningful relationships with customers. The firm has worked with companies such as Planet Fitness, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Forbes, and SAP.

Based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, VennScience primarily serves customers in Boston, New York City, and the wider Northeast.

PureFacts related in a press release that it will seek to leverage cross-selling opportunities and efficiencies such as shared services, as well as a shared North American sales teams.

Salesforce consultancies have been a hot commodity in recent months, with Cognizant purchasing Lev and Code Zero, and Infosys buying Simplus. Demand for Salesforce consultants has meanwhile caused Deloitte to recently introduce a new virtual opportunity for college students to build Salesforce customer relationship management and consulting skills.
