MNP acquires Toronto accountancy Peakvest CPA Professional Corporation

MNP, a national mid-market accounting and consulting firm, has acquired Peakvest CPA Professional Corporation, a Toronto-based boutique accountancy.

Peakvest works with clients across the Greater Toronto Area on accounting, tax, and business advisory engagements. The firm has five professionals listed on its website.

Upon deal closure on September 1, owner Ken Khosla will join MNP’s Markham office as a partner, alongside his team.

MNP’s Markham location has over 250 team members, including 53 partners.

The firm earlier this year acquired Kanish & Partners, a Toronto-based chartered professional accounting firm.
