Warren Leung joins BDO as partner in financial advisory practice
Warren Leung has joined BDO’s Toronto office as a partner in the financial advisory services practice.
Leung is a restructuring and turnaround professional who helps lenders assess risk, protect capital, and execute recoveries. He also works with management teams to stabilize operations, evaluate restructuring options, and accelerate value-preserving exits.
Leung has industry expertise across manufacturing, transportation, government, financial services, oil and gas, performance marketing, and mining.
“Warren’s practical judgment and ability to work effectively with both lenders and management teams will support our clients as they navigate complex and uncertain situations, helping them protect value and make informed decisions. Leung joins BDO from Deloitte, where he spent 16 years and was a director in the restructuring, turnaround, and cost transformation practice. He began his tenure at Deloitte in the Big Four firm’s audit practice before transferring to financial advisory services.
Leung has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Toronto and is a chartered professional accountant, chartered insolvency and restructuring professional, and licensed insolvency trustee.
