Doane Grant Thornton adds CPA firms in Ontario, Saskatchewan, and BC

Doane Grant Thornton, a national mid-market accounting and consulting firm, announced the addition of several CPA teams across the country: Andrew Fynn and his team (Markham, ON); Neamtan & Associates CPA Professional Corporation (Markham, ON); Gerald Duthie & Co. (Windsor, ON); Pharos Business & Taxation Advisors (Regina, SK); and Vohora (Prince Rupert, BC).

Andrew Fynn and his team joined DGT on January 1, 2026. Fynn and his team have more than 45 years of experience providing accounting and business advisory services to clients in Markham and the GTA.

They will serve clients from DGT’s Markham office location.

“By joining Doane Grant Thornton, we’re opening the door to new possibilities. It means that we can amplify that impact and give clients access to even more expertise and resources,” said Fynn, who joins as a business advisor.

Audrey Neamtan and her team joined DGT’s Markham office on December 1, 2025. They bring extensive experience in providing tax and accounting services to clients in Southern Ontario.

“Our practice has always been built on deep relationships and a strong commitment to delivering forward-thinking solutions that help our clients succeed,” said Audrey Neamtan, who joins DGT as a business advisor. “Joining Doane Grant Thornton LLP strengthens that promise by providing enhanced resources, specialized expertise, and a broader network of support.”

Gerald Duthie & Co. joined DGT’s Windsor office on January 1, 2026. The team brings decades of experience providing tax, business advisory, assurance, and forensic accounting to clients in the Windsor region.

“We’re excited to join a firm that shares our mindset and dedication to clients,” said Irfan Qadir, business advisor.

Pharos Business & Taxation Advisors has been providing tax, accounting, and business advisory services to Regina clients for 25 years.

The team will continue to operate from their office at 457 Albert Street.

“We strive to understand our clients’ unique needs and find solutions that help them meet today’s challenges and get ahead in a constantly evolving environment,” said Jason Stich, who joins DGT as a partner. “By joining Doane Grant Thornton, we can deepen our capabilities, offer additional resources, and provide access to a national and international network of professionals that will allow us to serve clients in new and exciting ways.”

Vohora was founded in Prince Rupert in 1975 and provides a full suite of tax, assurance, and business advisory services.

The Vohora acquisition adds four offices to DGT’s British Columbia presence, with new locations in Prince Rupert, Abbotsford, Smithers, and Surrey.

“Our shared focus on serving Canadian-owned, privately held businesses, dedication to our colleagues’ professional development, and commitment to embracing the communities in which we operate made joining the firm a natural choice,” said Jeremy Pierce, who joins DGT as a partner.
