Baker Tilly adds two directors to national executive management team
Baker Tilly Canada, a national co-operative network of independent accounting and consulting firms, has hired Mélodie Desrosiers and Chris Gesuale as directors in its national executive management team.

Desrosiers has over 15 years of experience in branding and marketing, holding senior positions on both the agency and client side. She was previously senior brand director at Revolution Nutrition, lead strategist for global brand at Unity, senior brand manager at GSoft and Cirque du Soleil, and brand director at Ubisoft. Earlier in her career, she was a group supervisor at Ogilvy and a senior account manager at Cossette.

Gesuale is based in Toronto and will serve as national director for information technology, overseeing and managing technical infrastructure, strategic initiatives, and technology integration.
He has 20+ years of experience in IT strategy across professional services, retail, construction, and real estate. Gesuale was previously director of IT at LIV Communities and senior system and network administrator at Harris Rebar.
He has an associate’s degree in network and system engineering from Trios College.
“With Mélodie and Chris in their new roles, we’re building on our commitment to drive exceptional experiences for our clients and our people,” said Ben Lloyd, CEO of Baker Tilly Canada. “In our mission to help businesses navigate an increasingly complex world, they both exemplify our guiding belief in going all in now, to get the best out of tomorrow.”
