Arcadis appoints three business unit directors in Canada

Arcadis, a Netherlands-headquartered design and engineering consultancy, has appointed three new business unit directors in Canada.
Audrey Muir, who is based in Vancouver, joins the firm as leader of the mobile advisory unit in Canada. She has more than 30 years of experience in transportation consulting and project management across North America and the UK.
Muir was previously an associate and operations manager at Steer and a senior transportation consultant at CBCL. Earlier in her career, she was an associate in transportation planning at Scott Wilson (now URS).
Lucy Casacia, who is based in Toronto, joins as leader of the business advisory and shared services unit. She has more than 25 years of engineering experience, with expertise in digital twins, digitalization, smart buildings, and infrastructure development.
Casacia was previously VP for digital and smart solutions at WSP, VP for cities and infrastructure projects at Siemens, superintendent of engineering and capital projects at BHP, and director of renewable projects at JNE Engineering.
Nazeef Khalil, a who is also based in Toronto, has been promoted to leader of the design and engineering unit. He has 24 years of experience focusing on environmental engineering and sustainable infrastructure.
Khalil joined Arcadis last year as a senior project director. Before that, he was a project director at COWI, a senior civil and structural engineer at QatarEnergy, and a municipal engineer at LEA Group.
