BDO Canada appoints Uros Milekic as Quebec market leader

BDO Canada, a mid-market accounting and consulting firm, has appointed Uros Milekic as Quebec market leader.
Milekic will oversee a team of 500 people in the province. He will support Anne-Marie Henson, Eastern Canada leader, in expanding BDO’s footprint in Quebec.
“My first priority will be to make sure we keep raising the bar even higher,” said Milekic. “Thanks to our complementary services and our strong team in Québec, Canada, and worldwide, we can guide companies and entrepreneurs, support them throughout their development, and tackle the many complex challenges they may encounter.”
Milekic has more than 15 years of accounting experience. He joined BDO in 2023 as a partner when it acquired FL Fuller Landau, a Montreal-based accounting and consulting firm.
Milekic joined FL Fuller Landau in 2008, rising to the position of partner.
“I used to work in a fast-growing boutique firm,” Milekic added. “At BDO, I find the same entrepreneurial spirit, only with the support of a national and global network.”
He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from McGill University and is a chartered professional accountant.
BDO Canada has approximately 5,000 people providing accounting, tax, and consulting services nationwide.
The firm earlier this year acquired risk advisory firm PRA Canada and sold over 20 regional offices to MNP.
