Warren Smagaren Consulting advising Good Earth Coffeehouse on Ontario expansion

Warren Smagaren Consulting, a Toronto-based real estate consulting firm, is advising Good Earth Coffeehouse on its expansion plans in Ontario.

Good Earth launched its first coffee shop in Calgary in 1991 and today has 60 locations across Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario. Warren Smagaren Consulting will advise Good Earth on expanding its Ontario presence in key sectors such as post-secondary schools and hospitals, as well as in traditional retail spaces such as office complexes, street locations, malls, and strip plazas.

The boutique consultancy will leverage its expertise in development and strategic planning to identify prime locations for expansion and source area and master developers in Ontario to facilitate franchise growth.
