Cella by Randstad Digital expands into Canada
Cella by Randstad Digital, an Atlanta-based digital consulting and staffing firm, has expanded into the Canadian market with a new Toronto office.
The US-based firm, which was acquired by Dutch staffing giant Randstad in 2021, will provide Canadian clients with consulting, staffing, and managed solutions for digital, marketing, and creative. The firm’s consulting business has practices in organizational strategy and design, technology strategy and implementation, and transformation and change management.

Cella was founded in 1988 and has over 700 employees, according to LinkedIn. At the time of its acquisition by Randstad, it had approximately US$100 million in annual revenue.
Parent company Randstad is one of the largest staffing firms in the world, with over 40,000 global employees and annual revenue of €25.4 billion. The Amsterdam-headquartered company has practices in staffing and recruitment, HR consulting, HR technology, IT solutions, recruitment process outsourcing, and outplacement.
