Behzad Salehoun rejoins Capco as Canada insurance leader

Behzad Salehoun has rejoined Capco, a financial services industry consulting firm, as partner and head of the Canada insurance practice.

Salehoun has 20 years of experience in insurance, financial services, and benefits. He has led customer and employee transformation programs at property & casualty insurers, life & health insurers, and managing general agents and brokers.

Salehoun rejoins Capco after three years with EY Canada, where he was a partner in the insurance technology consulting practice. Before that, he spent three years at Capco’s Toronto office, latterly as managing principal for finance services and insurance.

He previously co-founded and served as chief technology officer of BrokerLift, an ecommerce platform for commercial and specialty insurance.

Salehoun was also previously a consultant at Gore Mutual Insurance, a senior manager for strategic initiatives at Aviva Canada, and a manager for business development operations and analytics at Telus Health.
