JLL adds capital markets team from CBRE Montreal office
JLL, a global commercial real estate services firm, has welcomed two new hires from CBRE’s Montreal capital markets practice: Jacob Hayon, executive vice president, and Bruno Brami, senior vice president.
Hayon and Brami focus on selling income-generating and commercial properties in the Greater Montreal Area. They have deep expertise creating a distinctive vision for assets, conducting rigorous negotiations, and overseeing the transaction process through to completion.
The duo has extensive knowledge in all commercial assets including industrial, office, multi-residential, retail, and land.
Hayon spent the last 13 years at CBRE Canada, latterly serving as a senior vice president. Before that he spent three years as a senior consultant at EY and three years as an auditor at BDO.
Hayon has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and marketing from HEC Montreal and is a chartered accountant.
Brami spent the last 14 years at CBRE Canada, where he was a commercial real estate agent. Before that, he was a category manager at Procter & Gamble and Sobeys.
He has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance from HEC Montreal.
