Diana Dunlop joins RSM Canada as head of transaction advisory services
Diana Dunlop has joined RSM Canada as a partner and leader of the transaction advisory services (TAS) practice.
Based in Toronto, Dunlop will also serve as one of 12 market leaders across RSM’s North American TAS practice.
She brings more than 20 years of experience in M&A advisory, accounting and finance advisory, finance integration, post-merger integration, accounting litigation advisory, and IPO readiness.
Dunlop has worked with private equity and corporate clients in consumer, telecom, technology, media, mining, and manufacturing across North America, Europe, and Australia.
She joins RSM from Deloitte Canada, where she spent the breadth of her career. Dunlop joined Deloitte’s Toronto office in 2001 as a staff accountant and became a partner in the accounting and transaction advisory practice in 2017.
Dunlop most recently served as national leader for enhanced due diligence and Ontario regional leader for value creation services. Her focus areas included diligence in commercial, operational, technology, human resources, synergies, and carve-outs.
Dunlop began her career as a staff accountant at Mintz & Partners in Toronto.
She has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Waterloo and is a chartered professional accountant.
