Saskatchewan firm Stark & Marsh joins RSM Canada Alliance
Stark & Marsh CPA LLP, a Saskatchewan-based accounting and consulting firm, has joined the RSM Canada Alliance of independent firms.
Founded in 1921, Stark & Marsh provides accounting, tax, audit, and consulting services to farm and business owners. The firm specializes in succession planning, business valuation, tax advisory, and assurance services.
Aside from working with agriculture businesses, Stark & Marsh also serves clients in trades, professional services, nonprofit, co-ops, and government. The firm has 80 employees across full-time offices in Swift Current, Shaunavon, and Assiniboia, as well as remote offices in Cabri, Kyle, Leader, Maple Creek, Mankota, Ponteix, and Val Marie, Saskatchewan.
By joining RSM Canada’s Alliance network, Stark & Marsh will gain access to the mid-market accounting and consulting firm’s wider tools, expertise, and practice management resources – including technical, marketing, business development, and career development resources. Stark & Marsh will also have access to networking opportunities and dedicated services offered by RSM Canada’s vast network.
Like other members of the alliance, Stark & Marsh remains a separate and independent firm, and the same local teams will continue to work with its clients.

RSM Canada launched its Alliance network in 2018, modeling its after RSM US’ model, which allows smaller accounting firms to expand their services and resources without jeopardizing their autonomy or existing relationships.
In Saskatchewan, Virtus Group is also an alliance member, while Avail is an alliance member in Southern Alberta. Ontario-based members include DJB, NVS Chartered Accountants, McGovern Hurley, Syntegrity, Ford Keast, and Good Redden Klosler.
RSM Canada has offices in Toronto, Red Deer, Calgary, and Edmonton, and provides a full suite of audit, tax, and advisory services. The firm is part of the RSM International network, which has 48,000 global employees and annual revenue of US$6.3 billion.
