“We are able to maintain our independence, while still having access to the resources of a large, successful firm,” Elden Moberg, Stark & Marsh CEO and partner, said. “This provides additional opportunities for us to serve our clients’ expanding needs, while also providing opportunities to our colleagues to assist in their development and growth.”

RSM Canada launched its Alliance network in 2018, modeling its after RSM US’ model, which allows smaller accounting firms to expand their services and resources without jeopardizing their autonomy or existing relationships.

In Saskatchewan, Virtus Group is also an alliance member, while Avail is an alliance member in Southern Alberta. Ontario-based members include DJB, NVS Chartered Accountants, McGovern Hurley, Syntegrity, Ford Keast, and Good Redden Klosler.

RSM Canada has offices in Toronto, Red Deer, Calgary, and Edmonton, and provides a full suite of audit, tax, and advisory services. The firm is part of the RSM International network, which has 48,000 global employees and annual revenue of US$6.3 billion.
