Public Consulting Group adds Roxanne Burton

Public Consulting Group, a Boston-based public sector consultancy, has hired Roxanne Burton as a senior solutions strategist focusing on education operations in Canada.

Burton will lead strategy and expansion for the EDPlan Insight solution, which provides data analytics on K-12 student performance. She will focus on clients in British Columbia and Ontario.

Burton brings over 30 years of sales experience in the area of K-12 education administrative software. She brings a strong set of relationships with school districts and deep expertise in product implementation, customer support, and sales training.

She previously was a field sales rep for the atrieveERP division at PowerSchool Group, an education management software firm. Burton was responsible for the sales activities and sales targets for the division in Western Canada, promoting products and services and maintaining customer relationships.

Before that, Burton spent 28 years at SRB Education Solutions, which was acquired by PowerSchool in 2016. At SRB, she was latterly the regional sales manager, overseeing the atrieveERP solution in Western Canada. Before joining the sales team, Burton worked in implementation and training, and customer service.
