Sourced Group named one of Canada's Top Small and Medium Employers for 2019
Global IT consulting firm Sourced Group has been named one of Canada’s Top Small and Medium Employers for 2019, a premier workplace ranking managed by Mediacorp Canada Inc.
Founded in Sydney, Australia in 2010, Sourced has quickly grown to have additional offices in Singapore and Toronto, entering Canada in 2015. The technology consultancy specializes in cloud transformations, with a focus on security, governance, and compliance. Sourced’s client focus is on highly regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, aviation, and telco.
Since its launch, the firm has migrated more than 1,000 enterprise applications to the cloud, and completed more than 140 cloud certifications. The company partners with leading cloud platform providers including AWS, SAP, Adobe, and Red Hat (since acquired by IBM).
Sourced has now entered the Canada’s Top Small and Medium Employers ranking in the first year it applied to the competition. The 100 chosen SME firms – which had to have global employee head counts below 500 people – were evaluated on the criteria of physical workplace; work atmosphere and social, health, financial and family benefits; vacation and time off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and community involvement.
