Consulting firm StrategyCorp adds infrastructure expert Mike Cautillo

Toronto-headquartered consulting firm StrategyCorp has hired infrastructure and procurement expert Mike Cautillo. In his 40-year career, Cautillo, a former Deloitte partner, has managed and worked on numerous high-profile transportation and infrastructure projects in Canada and abroad.

StrategyCorp provides public affairs, strategic communications, and management consulting services to private and public sector organizations working in complex and highly scrutinized environments. Cautillo was the first president and CEO of federal crown corporation Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority, which is responsible for administering the construction of the Gordie Howe International Bridge. In the role, he launched the procurement process that resulted in the selection of a private sector partner to construct the six-lane, 2.5km-long crossing.

Cautillo also spent more than 10 years at Deloitte, where he was a partner in the Big Four firm’s Ontario Infrastructure Advisory and Project Finance group. As a civil engineer, Cautillo worked for all three levels of government in Canada - federal, provincial, and municipal
