CGI acquires technology consultancy Callibrity
CGI, a Montreal-headquartered technology consulting firm, has acquired Callibrity, a Cincinnati-based technology consulting firm.
Founded in 2007, Callibrity has consulting practices in enterprise AI, legacy modernization, platform engineering, custom software solutions, digital product development, and emerging technologies. The firm has deep expertise supporting clients in financial services, insurance, and manufacturing.
The firm has approximately 120 consultants.
CGI’s acquisition of Callibrity will strengthen its presence in the Cincinnati market and its capabilities in enterprise AI, platform engineering, and digital product development.

The Callibrity deal follows CGI’s February acquisition of Stratfield Consulting, an Atlanta-based management and technology consulting firm.

CGI is this year marking a half-century in business. The publicly traded company has 94,000 people globally providing services in business consulting, applications, systems integration, infrastructure, business process services, and managed IT.
