StrategyCorp acquires Campbell Strategies
StrategyCorp, a Toronto-based public affairs consultancy, has acquired Campbell Strategies, a Toronto-based government relations and communications advisory firm.
Founded in 2001, Campbell Strategies has practices in government relations, strategic communications, stakeholder management, policy development, transaction support, and litigation support. The boutique firm’s team includes Barry Campbell, principal advisor; Paul Brown, senior advisor; Gayle Nathanson, vice president; and Natalie Dash, director.
The Campbell Strategies team has decades of experience spanning federal, provincial, and municipal politics; law; financial regulation; and private-sector advisory work.
“StrategyCorp has an established 30-year track record and an exceptional reputation – it was a natural destination for Campbell Strategies’ practice and team,” said Barry Campbell. “This combination aligns with our values and history of delivering practical and workable public affairs solutions that advance our clients’ business interests. I look forward to what we can do together.”
Founded in 1995, StrategyCorp provides government relations, communications, and management consulting strategic counsel to organizations in Canada and internationally. The firm has more than 140 employees, according to LinkedIn, and offices in Ottawa and Toronto.
“Clients increasingly need the subject matter expertise and political acuity that StrategyCorp offers,” said Chris Loreto, Managing Principal, StrategyCorp. “They want strategy that delivers results, not just meetings. They want substance and politics brought together into clear strategies and workable plans. That is our integrated advantage, and it is what makes StrategyCorp distinctive in the Canadian market. The addition of Campbell Strategies strengthens that competitive edge.”
