Registrar Corp acquires regulatory consultancy Dell Tech
Registrar Corp, a Hampton, Virginia-based regulatory consulting firm, has acquired Dell Tech, a London, Ontario-based regulatory consulting firm.
Founded in 1980, Dell Tech focuses on regulatory compliance for the chemical specialty industry in North America. The firm has deep expertise in Health Canada regulations, product licensing, and compliance pathways.
Dell Tech has more than 30 employees listed on LinkedIn and provides compliance advisory services across product registration, authoring of safety data sheets (SDS), and laboratory performance testing.
Registrar Corp’s acquisition of Dell Tech will expand its ability to support clients seeking to enter and succeed in the Canadian market.

Registrar Corp was founded in 2003 and provides regulatory compliance and technology solutions to clients in food and beverage, cosmetics, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. The firm has more 300+ employees listed on LinkedIn and offices in the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific regions.
Paine Schwartz Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, acquired Registrar Corp from Bertram Capital in August 2021.
