MNP expands in Langley with acquisition of Jay Kang CPA

MNP, a national mid-market accounting and consulting firm, has acquired Langley, BC-based Jay Kang CPA.

Owner Jay Kang and a team of four staff members will join MNP.

Prior to founding his practice in 2017, Kang spent eight years in MNP’s Abbotsford office, where he was a manager. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from the University of the Fraser Valley and is a chartered professional accountant and chartered accountant.

Jay Kang CPA provides bookkeeping, tax and compliance, accounting and assurance, and advisory services to small businesses and owner-managers in the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, and Metro Vancouver regions.

MNP recently acquired Shaun Raymond US Tax Services, a Vancouver-based tax consultancy.
