Cofomo acquires Adnia Conseils

Cofomo, a Montreal-based IT consulting firm, has acquired Adnia Conseils Inc., a Quebec-based business intelligence and analytics consulting firm.

Founded in 2010, Adnia has a team of more than 60 consultants who work with public and private organizations. The ISO 9001-certified firm supports clients across the business intelligence and analytics solutions development cycle – including strategy, implementation, data governance, and training.

Cofomo’s acquisition of Adnia will expand its service offering in business intelligence, data governance, and advanced analytics.

Cofomo was founded in 1995 and has more than 3,000 people across offices in Montreal, Quebec, and Ottawa. The firm has offerings in IT consulting, application services and solutions, platforms, and managed services, and works with clients in a range of industries.

Private equity firm Novacap in 2021 acquired a significant equity interest in Cofomo.
