Livia Lau joins BDO’s consulting practice as partner
Livia Lau has joined the consulting practice of BDO Canada as a partner.
Based in Vancouver, Lau has over 25 years of consulting experience focusing on digital strategy, operations modernization, and delivery of large-scale transformation.
She has extensive expertise advising technology leaders and senior leadership teams on change management for digital transformation initiatives. Lau is also a certified executive coach.
She most recently spent a year as an independent consultant. Before that, Lau spent 24 years with Deloitte, where she was a partner in the consulting technology practice. Before that, Lau was a senior manager in the operational excellence practice.
She has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Waterloo.
