Three Link Solutions hires Andrew Pettit as Canada leader

Three Link Solutions, a Dallas-based consulting and staffing firm specializing in Workday software, has hired Andrew Pettit leader of its Canada market. He is based in Toronto.

In his new role, Pettit will focus on driving strategic growth and client success across Canada.

He brings more than two decades of experience in enterprise software and consulting, with expertise across ERP implementation, business development, people development, and customer engagement.

Pettit joins Three Link from Workday, a leading provider of software for human capital management, financial management, and student information systems. He spent the last nine years as a senior director at Workday Professional Services, building out a national sales team and leading or directly influencing $400 million in consulting services contracts.

Before that, Pettit was a senior director at SAP for six years, leading or directly influencing $250 million in consulting services contracts.

Earlier in his career, he was VP for corporate planning at Airline Intelligence Systems and a manager at operational specialist Hitachi Consulting.

Pettit has an MBA and bachelor’s degree from Western University.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Andrew to the team,” said Greg Knowlton, founding partner at Three Link Solutions. “His leadership, insight, and deep understanding of the Workday ecosystem will be instrumental as we continue to scale and innovate. Andrew’s addition not only strengthens our ability to deliver exceptional value to our clients across Canada but also reinforces our long-term commitment to growing our presence and investing in the Canadian market.”

Founded in 2017, Three Link is a certified Workday Application Management Services (AMS) Partner, Staffing Partner, and Advisory Partner. The firm provides Workday-related staff augmentation, project management, payroll services, and advisory services.

Three Link’s advisory services include strategic planning, RFI and RFP process execution, system integrator selection, and change management.

The firm has over 40 employees, according to LinkedIn.

“Three Link’s commitment to excellence and its people-first culture made this an easy decision,” Pettit said. “I look forward to helping our clients across Canada achieve even greater success.”

Three Link last year hired Bryan Bacon, an 11-year veteran of Workday, as VP of activation.
