Jaime Konzelman joins Aptum as chief revenue officer

Jaime Konzelman has joined Aptum, a Toronto-headquartered cloud managed services and consulting firm, as chief revenue officer.

Based in Las Vegas, Konzelman will oversee Aptum’s go-to-market strategy, including sales, partnerships, and marketing.

She brings more than two decades of experience in sales and marketing, with particular expertise selling complex IT services.

Konzelman most recently was VP and GM for Americas sales at Rackspace Technology and VP for North America sales at Unisys. Before that, she was VP for global strategic sales at Atos, where she secured over US$3 billion in IT services contracts.

Earlier in her career, Konzelman was Las Vegas market manager for media, entertainment, and travel at Acxiom and managing account director at Posterscope.

She has a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Massachusetts.

Aptum has more than 220 employees across offices in North America and Europe. Aptum delivers managed services in private cloud, public cloud, infrastructure-as-a-service, cloud security, and network management, as well as consulting services to help clients plan, design, implement, and optimize complex IT projects and cloud migrations.

Aptum was founded in 1996 and was acquired by investment firm DigitalBridge in 2019.
