Level5 Strategy promotes Jordan Shapiro to managing partner

Level5 Strategy, a Toronto-based management consulting firm, has promoted Jordan Shapiro to managing partner.
Based in Toronto, Shapiro has been with Level5 since 2020, when he joined the boutique firm as a principal. The promotion, which was effective January 1, will expand Level5’s managing partner team to seven people.
Shapiro has more than 20 years of experience in consulting and corporate leadership. He focuses on strategy and integrated planning, demand-side growth, customer-centric transformation, and leadership and change management.
Before Level5, Shapiro spent six years at Rogers, where he was a VP in the data & analytics and customer experience divisions. He also previously spent six years at consulting firm Kearney, where he was an engagement manager focusing on performance improvement initiatives across a variety of sectors.
Earlier in his career, Shapiro was a systems engineer at NASA contractor MDA Space.
He has an MBA from London Business School and a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Toronto.
