Leonard Goldberg joins Grant Thornton's Markham office

Leonard (Len) Goldberg has joined the Markham office of Grant Thornton Canada, a mid-market accounting and consulting firm.

Goldberg has since 1996 led his firm Leonard Goldberg Professional Corporation, providing a complete range of tax and accounting services to individuals and owner-operated businesses. Areas of expertise include corporate and personal tax returns, financial statements, tax compliance, tax filings, payroll, trust returns, bookkeeping, and business advisory.

Goldberg has supported clients in a wide range of industries in North Toronto.

The firm plans to rebrand to Doane Grant Thornton later this year, in part to differentiate its brand from Grant Thornton US, which sold a majority stake to private equity firm New Mountain Capital earlier this year.
